The BellCare Ayush – Ayush on Wheels program is India’s First solar- powered mobile AYUSH healthcare delivery system, conceptualized and executed under NHM (National Health Mission) guidelines. This pioneering initiative brings Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH) services directly to the doorstep of tribal and remote communities through a fully equipped, eco- friendly mobile unit. Each vehicle is designed to function as a self-sustaining, mobile clinic, offering consultations, herbal treatments, wellness guidance, yoga sessions, and preventive care—all aligned with India’s time-tested, indigenous medical traditions.

Following its overwhelming response in pilot regions, the project has been formally proposed for scaling across all ITDA (Integrated Tribal Development Agency) centers nationwide, with one dedicated Ayush- on-Wheels vehicle per ITDA zone. This initiative not only ensures equitable access to traditional healthcare systems but also reinforces India’s commitment to reviving and promoting its rich cultural heritage and holistic wellness practices. BellCare Ayush is emerging as a national model for integrating modern mobility with ancient wisdom, empowering rural and tribal populations with sustainable and dignified healthcare choices.
